We are Pride Action North Winners!
We are delighted to share that we won the Business Award at the recent Pride Action North Ball and Awards Ceremony.
The judges said our entry made it clear that our values, actions and culture promote equality, respect and inclusion for our LGBTQ+ community of students, staff and external partners. They highlighted our range of campaigns, activities and support mechanisms that allow all of our campuses to be a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
Head of Learner Services and Safeguarding, Paula Miller and Assistant Principal James Edge attended to collect the award.
James also had the exciting job of presenting the Youth Achievement Award to Frogs - Banardo's 128 Youth service - creating a space for LGBTQIA+ young people to be themselves.
