To end an incredible two days, we wrapped up filming with a very special trip. We interviewed the incredible Phil Brown, the current manager of Kidderminster Harriers Football Club. Phil is an ex-premier league player himself, and he discussed the need for resilience within his sport and the importance of building resilience. He talked about how he builds up resilience in his team as a manager by using inclusion and honesty.
