Confidence Beyond Classrooms

Loud Speaker visited West Lancashire College this week to deliver a series of interactive workshops centred on the NCG Guarantee, engaging around 700 students over two days.

Across eight sessions, learners explored the importance of community, digital skills, enterprise, employability and mental fitness, and how these areas can support their success both during and beyond their studies. Students were encouraged to challenge themselves, get involved in activities and step outside their comfort zones.

The high-energy sessions saw learners fully embrace the experience, creating an engaging and positive atmosphere while helping students build confidence and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities available to them through the NCG Guarantee.
