Yesterday we held our first Leadership Summit of 2023 at @Lewisham College,
bringing together colleagues from NCG's Leadership Hub, our leadership development programme that was designed to help unlock the untapped potential of our current and future leaders.

Each year, our Leadership Hub graduates and participants gather at our annual Leadership Summit to share good practice, as well as their thoughts and experiences of leadership.

Our Leadership Summit is an opportunity for colleagues to work collaboratively with our senior leaders to focus on current and future challenges in FE, and ensure we're developing and promoting an inclusive and ambitious culture across NCG. This year, we're focused on our ambition to be outstanding, and how great leadership can support great performance.

Thanks to all of our colleagues who attended and shared ideas. We're looking forward to our 'North' Leadership Summit in @Newcastle College later in July!
