A fantastic day at our @Southwark College today as we gathered colleagues together for our first Leadership Summit of 2024!

Our Leadership Summits bring together colleagues from across our group who have participated in a development programme through our Leadership Hub, including current leaders, aspiring managers, coaches, mentors and mentees.

Our Summit events are designed to:

✅ work together to shape positive team cultures
🌟 reflect on and celebrate our successes over the past year

It has been a fantastic day of discussion, collaboration and celebration, and we're already looking forward to our second summit of the year in Newcastle!
