NCG Skills is back!
Apprentices and other learners on vocational courses from right across NCG's seven colleges will be taking part in local heats of NCG Skills this week, testing their technical skills and knowledge against their peers.
Winners of local heats will be selected to take part in the NCG Skills final in February, where they will compete against learners from across NCG. Those winners will then have the opportunity to represent their college and NCG in national competitions.
This will be the fourth annual NCG Skills competition and the second to be held in person - this year it will be held on Wednesday 7 February at Lewisham College.
The event is supported by a range of industry sponsors and employer judges, and is a fantastic opportunity for our learners to train for excellence, gain essential experience and engage with employers. It is an excellent example of why NCG is part of the WorldSkills Centre for Excellence.
