Newcastle College Awarded Advanced Shine Accreditation for Commitment to Outstanding Work Practices

Newcastle College has been awarded the Shine Advanced Award by the North East Combined Authority, the highest standard in the region’s good work framework. Shine celebrates organisations that champion fairness, inclusivity and responsibility in the workplace. Its five beams of good practice focus on employee wellbeing, community impact, employee voice, opportunity for all, and fair work and pay. The College’s revalidation as an Advanced employer recognises the College’s continued commitment to its colleague community and its people-first approach.
